Let me state first, I was an out of state buyer of a vehicle that is difficult to get in the Midwest. I realize out of state buyers are not the ideal buyer for a car dealership. However, Stephen Casperson treated me just like I would have been if local. His communication was top notch fast replies to emails and phone calls! His description of the vehicle was accurate. The car I purchased often comes with attached fees. None here and VERY REASONABLE processing fee. Thank you for a great out of state purchase.
I flew in to buy my new mustang. It had a dent on the rear near the trunk. I can't believe it was not noticed in prepping my car for my arrival. Now I have to deal with it when I get home. Inexcusable in my opinion..... it was very obvious when I walked up to the car 🙁

They have Taylor Harris on the payroll is an issue, she canceled my warranty repair and never rescheduled and my warranty ran out!! Lacks communication skills and, seems to dislike customers!

From ordering my bronco to the delivery, it was a quick (2 months) and easy process! The sales manager Glen helped me decide what vehicle was best fit for me and the salesman Mark made the ordering process easy! At delivery mark thoroughly went through everything the vehicle offered and more! I want to also recognize Scotty for doing a MARVELOUS job on the detail of the vehicle! I dropped off my 2022 Ford F-150 Lightning on June 3, 2023 for multiple issues, including non-functioning AC, Non opening passenger window, air dam errors (after multiple repair trips), and non-opening front trunk area. As of the writing today, September 7th 2023, it is still in for repairs. 14-weeks, for a vehicle that is under warranty, and no definitive plan for repairs, little to no feedback. The entire vehicle has been dismantled and reassembled several times, many parts replaced, yet still not repaired. We did request a buyback, and or a replacement vehicle and were denied. AK provided the worst new car delivery that I ever had and I've had many as cars are my hobby.
Basically, he told me that the Sync 3 computer was simple (it isn't) and sent me on my way without pointing out basic controls & features, Coming from Honda and Jeep, Ford's controls are very different. I'm on day three finding things as I need them or discover them; YouTube has been helpful.

I called to ask Maguire ford if I could leave my van with them for an oil change and inspection when I went on vacation and I would pick it up on the way back. The service department said that would be fine so I gave them my 2022 transit in perfect condition and when I came to pick it up a week later it has major damage. There is no reason to go anywhere else for service other than Maguire Friendly courteous service always!.
The last 3 time we have been in for service I have checked to see that everything was OK, and I always found something wrong. I am sorry to have to say this but
1. had new tires put on the car and the tire pressures were not correct one tire was 40 psi and another was 30psi and so on.
2. Had the oil changed, checked the oil level and the oil level was a little more than 1/2 a quart low.
3. Had a new tire replaced due to road hazard and it was not covered. The tire only had 6000 miles on it.

My oil change and service went very well. The service techs are very polite and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. I was in and out in 45 minutes and to my surprise they cleaned my floor mats and windows! Wow, thanks so much!
I called off to make an appointment, and Blane answered the telephone, couldn't be nicer, told me to come right down and we will change the oil for you on your new truck. We have been doing service with this company for many many years and the service is always been over and above.
A 4 rating was given due to the cost of repair and amount of labor hours we were charged. Other then that waiting area was great mechanics and service people were top shelf.
Same great service I have always received. We needed five vehicles serviced and they were rotated in and out like clockwork. Love the extra attention (picking up a clean vehicle). I have not seen repair center wash cars in quite some time. Old school service.. Thank you.. We service all our company and personal vehicles here. They are a great team.

Sales person was excellent... friendly and helpful. Made for smooth and easy transaction... no hassle. DETAIL person that prepped the truck did a poor job. Truck was NOT detailed; dusty dash, spotted windshield, fingerprints on the touchscreen... etc. Not horrible, but not right either. I should not have to clean the inside windshield after arriving home having just left the dealership!!

Good service department but not a Ford dealer anymore. You’ll find every kind of car there for sale which we personally do not like. We bought our vehicles and had them serviced at Shepard Ford because of the independent small town dealership appeal. That’s gone now as Maguire continues to gobble up smaller dealerships. I just hope the people in the service department can ride out the storm with all the new changes being thrown at them. Time will tell!

At the time of the sales everything was great. Salesmen was very helpful. After the sales is a different story. Have a problem with the car and the sales rep is not following through. I feel as I was ghosted after the dealership made their money.
