We had an error message come up about all wheel drive, took our car to Maguire and spoke with Sara at the service desk. She was very attentive, very informative about what the issues were. They had ordered the part needed overnight but due to shipping delays it took a little longer than expected. Brought my vehicle in today for service. I stopped going to Shepherd Ford because the service advisors were very rude, and complaining did absolutely nothing but make them nastier next time I brought my vehicle in. Finally brought it back for service on 4/13 and the advisors working were very helpful and FRIENDLY!! I will continue to go back to Maguire Ford.

Akshay was fantastic!! Ended up getting a new Explorer after some financial work with Steve...who was also fantastic! I told Akshay that the last 2 times we took delivery of our brand new Fords at other dealers we were there for over 3 hours each time. Akshay promised me 30 minutes....and we were done with all the paperwork in 29. We drove an hour to this dealer each way, but it was time well spent. I think we've found a new Ford dealer!! Our dealer Jim was friendly, helpful, informative and GREGARIOUS!! We enjoyed the process, and felt no question or concern was taken lightly. He adequately explained the pros and cons of extended warranties so we made an informed decision and he took care of insurance, and registration so there were no last minute hitches.
I brought my truck in for a few service items that needed to be addressed along with some standard maintenance including brakes, oil change, and state inspection. The service team did an excellent job not only taking accountability for a past error but also providing recommended service, notifying me of possible service items that may need to take place, all without an ounce of pressure. I live forty minutes away and have another Ford dealer only five minutes away but it comes down to trust. I had several lousy interactions with my local Ford dealer so when it came time to buy a new truck, I went out to Canandaigua and have never had any issues with the service department at Maguire. The service dept people explain things to you carefully, touch base with you when something comes up and tell you exactly what it will cost.
